How do we get to the beach?
Grand Matlali sits in the hills above La Cruz. Eva Mandarina, the private beach club, is about five minutes away by hotel transfer. Confirm the daily departure times at the lobby.
What are the dining options?
Explore Bed & Breakfast or request an All-Inclusive quote. The All-Inclusive plan also applies at Eva Mandarina. Your personal quote will confirm the dining plan, venues and people covered.
Which stays have a private pool?
Every villa in the Private Residence collection features a private pool. Terrace pools are also available in selected Master Suites; request this feature when choosing your suite.
Which airport should we fly into?
Fly into Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR). Allow approximately 45 minutes by road, depending on traffic. Share your flight and party details if you would like a private transfer arranged.
When can we check in and check out?
Check-in begins at 4 pm; check-out is at noon. Early arrival and late departure are available on request, subject to availability and any applicable charges.
