Can we celebrate here without staying at the hotel?
Yes. Eva Mandarina Beach Club and its event services can be reserved for a wedding without a hotel stay. Share your preferred date and guest count to request availability and a personal quote.
When does wedding coordination begin?
Once your wedding contract is signed, the hotel’s certified team can begin planning with you. Before signing, ask your coordinator to confirm the support included and the next steps.
Does staying at the hotel help with the venue fee?
The hotel’s published policy waives the venue fee when the couple and 60% of their guests stay at the hotel. Ask for this benefit and its qualifying conditions to be confirmed in your written quote.
What is the hotel’s room-block wedding offer?
The hotel publishes a “Boda Gratis” offer starting at 15 rooms for two nights. It has separate conditions and does not automatically discount these wedding collections. Request the current offer, eligible dates and room requirements in writing.
What should we confirm before reserving our wedding?
Ask for a written quote confirming the date, venue capacity, total guest count including the couple, event hours, inclusions, taxes and service charges. It should also specify accommodation, photography and other suppliers, payment and cancellation terms, and the plan for rain.
